This Aged Pure Maple Balsamic is crafted with 100% pure maple syrup sourced from a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously delicious, delivering the rich, smooth sweetness of real maple with the complexity of aged vinegar. Perfectly suited for a wide range of culinary creations—think drizzled over pancakes and waffles, as a base for BBQ sauces, or as a glaze for bacon, pork chops, salmon, and glazed ham.
