Ingredients: Organic Assam T.G.F.O.P. tea and Organic China Black B.O.P. tea.

Black Tea Steeping Instructions:

Water temp: 200–212°F (just off boiling)

Amount: 1 tsp loose tea (or 1 tea bag) per 8 oz water

Steep time: 3–5 minutes

Tip: Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness
Enjoy plain or with milk and sweetener.
