Herbal Tea Steeping Instructions:

Water temp: 200–212°F (just below or at boiling)

Amount: 1 tsp loose tea (or 1 tea bag) per 8 oz water

Steep time: 5–7 minutes (up to 10 for stronger flavor)

Cover while steeping to retain heat and essential oils
