This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Beautiful on Italian style deserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.
It makes an amazing vinaigrette when paired with Persian Lime, Blood Orange, Chipotle, Wild Dill, Basil or Herbs de Provence Olive Oils, or any of our single varietal extra virgin olive oils.
