How to Steep Rooibos Tea:

  1. Bring fresh water to a boil (about 212°F / 100°C).

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of rooibos per 8 oz cup of water.

  3. Pour boiling water over the tea.

  4. Steep for 5–7 minutes (longer for stronger flavor).

  5. Strain and enjoy (optional: add milk, honey, or lemon).
