Aztec Spice is a rich, warming blend that combines earthy pu-erh tea with deep chocolate flavors and bold spices. Notes of cacao and cinnamon are balanced by a subtle chili warmth, creating a cozy, slightly sweet cup that feels like a spiced hot chocolate with a tea base.

How to Steep Pu-erh Tea:

  1. Bring fresh water to a boil (205–212°F / 96–100°C).

  2. Use about 1 teaspoon of pu-erh per 8 oz of water.

  3. Rinse the leaves with hot water for 5–10 seconds; discard rinse.

  4. Steep with hot water for 2–4 minutes.

  5. Strain and re-steep leaves multiple times if desired.
