After aging our American grown Carolina Reaper mash, we sun dry the leftover solids in our drying beds. This naturally dries & preserves its intense heat & bold flavor. We add the sun-dried Carolina Reaper mash to fresh batches of American-sourced honey, creating The General's Bee Sting. Whether you're drizzling it on your wings, pizza crusts, or just about anything that craves some sweet-heat, Bee Sting is our perfectly balanced combination of decadence & fiery flavor.
