Basil at its best! Create a variety of delectable delicacies, hot or cold, with this blend of herbs and basil. Our favorite recipe - pasta sauce with grilled chicken and mushrooms.

INGREDIENTS:

Basil, Onion, Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Garlic, Pepper.

No MSG, No Chemicals, No Preservatives, No Salt, Gluten Free

EACH PACKAGE:

Yields 3 batches  

PESTO & PASTABILITIES SEASONING RECIPES

PESTO SPREAD OR BALL

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. PESTO AND PASTABILITIES

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve as a spread or roll into a ball and cover with chopped pecans, walnuts, or toasted pine nuts. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, bagels, pita chips, etc.

PESTO DIP

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  • 3 Tbs. PESTO AND PASTABILITIES

Mix together and refrigerate three hours or longer. Great with vegetables, crackers or on baked potatoes. 

FOR PESTO SAUCE

Thin cream cheese mixture with a little milk and heat gently. Pour over favorite pasta.  

NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
